Where are you located?

We are conveniently located steps from the snow at each of our 3 locations, typically adjacent to the locker.

Do we need reservations?

In response to the Covid-19 social distancing requirements, we are requesting that all ski rental customers make advance reservations. With this information, we will be able to minimize human contact as per the pandemic guidelines. For more information please visit our reservations page.

What if I don't know what kind of skis/boots I need? What if I change my mind and want a different package then what I reserve?

Don't worry, we won't hold you to it! We understand that conditions change and so might your preferences. The most important part of reserving skis with this system is getting you and your groups personal details and arrival time so we know when to expect you.

I don't know what size(s) I need?

We will confirm your ski, boot and pole sizes when you get to the shop so don't worry if you get it wrong on the reservation. We have a large inventory of equipment so you will have choices when you pickup. Sizing Chart

Do I prepay?

No, we will take payment when you pickup your equipment. The prices shown during the reservation process are given as an estimated cost for your rentals, cancel anytime!

Do you offer duration discounts?

Yes, consecutive rentals of 3 days or more receive a 10% discount.

How do you compare to rental delivery companies?

We believe that ski rental companies make sense in some scenarios but keep in mind they do get busy and when they get busy they can be hard to track down if there are any problems with your equipment. Our shops are conveniently located around Deer Valley mountain meaning you can stop in anytime to change boots, skis or poles free of charge.
